Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Policies

You are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total package cost per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed (please note that increased deposit requirements may be applied for some trips). All deposit is non-refundable, in the event of payment default on the deposit schedule, Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD reserves the right to release confirmed services. Except as otherwise, agreed by Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD, the final payment or the balance is required 10 days before arrival. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due date, Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD reserves the rights to treat your booking as canceled. If your booking is made within 10 days to your arrival date then the full amount is required at the time of booking. Except as otherwise agreed by Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD.

• You are required to pay a deposit of 30% (3.8% Bank Charge is barred by the Company) of the total package cost per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed (please note that increased deposit requirements may be applied for some trips).
• All deposit is non-refundable, in the event of payment default on the deposit schedule, Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD reserves the right to release confirmed services. Except as otherwise, agreed by Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD.
• The final payment or the balance is required 7 days before arrival. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due date, Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD reserves the rights to treat your booking as canceled.
• Balance payment can be paid as in one of the below options
  1. Bank Transfer - Please do at least 7 days prior to your arrival date
  2. Via Secure payment link - For balance amount there is a 3.8% bank charge is involved and request to kindly do the balance payment at least 5 days prior to your arrival (we have barred the bank charge for initial payment)
  3. Cash on Arrival - Total balance payment in cash (USD, EURO, GBP). Please handover to the airport representative at the airport lobby
• If your booking is made within 10 days to your arrival date then the full amount is required at the time of booking. Except as otherwise agreed by Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations should be made in writing prior 1 month (30 days) to arrival date and should be acknowledged by Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD, cancellation fees will be charged as bellows,

• 15 days to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice charge
• 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charge
• For any no show will be fully charged of total invoice charge.
• Reduction in the number of passengers against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.
• Postponement or changes of dates against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.

Both Xtreme Tours and Travels (PVT) LTD and clients are deemed to have read, understand, and accepted the above.
